Base Salary: $38,000
Commission: 3.0%
Target Annual Quota: $400,000
Expected Annual Take-Home: $50,000
Tier 2: Junior Technician
Certifications: Adds NFI Wood & NFI Gas
Base Salary: $44,000
Commission: 4.0%
