Sales Trainer (Direct Selling)

-Minimum of 3–5 years of experience specifically within the direct selling, social commerce, or network marketing industry.

-Demonstrated success in field sales, recruitment, or previous experience managing a large sale organization (downline).

-Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.

-Ability to assess training needs and develop effective programs.

-A contagious, positive energy that aligns with the company’s mission and values.

-Designing and creating engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, workshops, role-playing scenarios, and e-learning modules.

-Facilitating both individual coaching sessions and group training to new recruit and existing distributors on sales methodologies, sales productivity & management, product knowledge, and communication skills.

-Working closely with sales leadership, marketing, and other departments to align training content with company goals and market trends.
