Job Description

We’re seeking a technical Salesforce Administrator to join our team, supporting both the LGAH Operations function and its Management Providers. This role will play a key part in driving the successful delivery and adoption of our core technology programme, while also identifying, designing, and implementing system enhancements that improve efficiency and user experience.What you’ll be doing:

Supporting the preparation, launch, and embedding of the Salesforce platform (Brolly) across internal teams and LGAH’s Management Providers

Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the Brolly platform and its modules

Driving adoption by acting as a cross-functional Subject Matter Expert for Management Providers

Collaborating with business design and learning leads to enhance digital literacy across stakeholders
