Responsible for Dealer Management System, assist in the management, development, and maintenance of database and processes
Manage the entire lifecycle of dealer including Dealer due diligence, dealer agreentment, authorization letter, dealer performance, dealer evaluation, dealer report and so on.
Handle basic inquiries from distributors & business regarding the system process, providing efficient support/training and bug fix.
Salesforce:
Responsible for the continuous optimization of Salesforce,propose enhancements based on business needs and coordinate with project team for implementation
Conduct system training of Salesforce and CRM for the sales team and develop training materials and user guides.
Create a strong monitoring and tracking of sales transcations’quality and quantity
Track system issues or bugs, coordinate resources until fix.
