Salesforce Developer

Summary The AI Salesforce Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting AI-powered solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role combines Salesforce platform engineering, AI/Agentic solution development, automation, and operational support to deliver intelligent customer and business experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, AI-enabled workflows, prompt engineering, automation frameworks, and production support. This role works closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, UX teams, and enterprise AI governance groups to implement scalable and compliant AI capabilities. Mandatory technology it's Amazon Connect, Amazon Cloud Voice.
