Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform Manager (Pharmaceutical Sector) (Pontevedra)

Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform Manager that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform Manager will enable the HPS DU (Human Pharma Delivery Unit) Campaign Automation Services to efficiently and effectively build and automate campaign journeys with their expertise and management of technical aspects of the platforms. The primary platform will be Salesforce Marketing Cloud, but may also include other tools across the client’s digital engagement environment, such as other Adobe Marketing Cloud software, CDP – customer data platforms, database management systems, and proprietary work‑intake tools.

The Platform Manager will also leverage and help maintain team‑specific spaces within the Atlassian tool stack, including JIRA, Confluence, and Bit Bucket.
