Salesforce Project Manager - Public Sector

Responsibilities Capture, understand and analyze client user requirements and objectives Project manage resources and delivery of business implementation successfully Help project team with the design and development tasks including the integration of other systems Deliver and install technology solutions Manage all documentation (including technical, functional specifications, backlogs, user manuals, project support documents) Conduct training on implemented solution Foster partnership with customers, stakeholders, sponsors and 3rd party (outsourced team, software vendors) Coordinate releases and post Go-Live materials (e.g. training documentation, training sessions) Drive the support and maintenance of the application; at least organize the handover of his project to the support team Continually improve knowledge and expertise on Salesforce.com solutions
