Salesforce Solution Architect

You'll own the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions across the business, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and the external vendors who implement the platform. This is a hybrid architecture and delivery role: half of your week is shaping how Salesforce should solve real business problems, the other half is making sure the vendors actually build what was agreed, on time and on budget. It's a senior, business-facing position, not a hands‑on developer role.

Your Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions that align with business strategy, translating requirements from stakeholders into clear, well‑documented solution designs
• Define the target architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce products, including integration touchpoints with surrounding systems (ERP, marketing automation, data platforms)
