Job Description
Agentforce Consultant
- 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience with demonstrable Agentforce or Einstein Copilot delivery
- Direct experience configuring Agentforce Agent Studio: agent topics, instructions, actions, and guardrails
- Proficiency in Salesforce Prompt Builder — prompt template authoring, grounding via Data Cloud, and iterative tuning
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud: unified profiles, identity resolution, calculated insights, and data actions
Agentforce Architect
- 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience;
minimum 3 years in an architecture or senior technical lead capacity
- Proven enterprise-scale Agentforce or Einstein Copilot architecture and delivery experience
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud — identity resolution, unified profiles, RAG grounding, and data actions at scale
