Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead with strong AWS cloud experience to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions. This role will be responsible for technical architecture, integration strategy, and hands‑on development while guiding a team of Salesforce developers and collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Architecture
- Lead the end‑to‑end technical design of Salesforce solutions across Financial Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and custom applications
- Define Salesforce architecture standards, best practices, and governance
- Design and oversee Salesforce–AWS integration architectures using REST/SOAP APIs, event‑driven patterns, and middleware
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, performant, and compliant with enterprise standards
