SAP Access Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own and further develop SAP authorization and role concepts across relevant SAP applications, especially in ECC S/4HANA (application and DB), BW BW/4 HANA, and cloud‑related (BTP, BDC, SAC, Concur, etc.) landscapes.
• Manage the SAP user lifecycle (create, change, remove) including efficient and controlled access request processes.
• Ensure compliance, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and audit requirements through robust controls, documentation, and evidence‑ready processes.
• Support internal and external audits and drive appropriate remediation measures through to completion.
• Analyze and resolve critical authorization and security risks in close collaboration with security, IAM, and business teams.
• Support a modern SAP operating model with a focus on standardized, scalable, and RISE‑oriented service delivery.
