Hybrid role based out of Toronto: 3 days a week on-site, 2 days a week remote.

What You will do: For our Delivery Centers, we are looking for an IT Technology Services Expert with a strong technical background for supporting critical projects and administration in the Enterprise Cloud Services Delivery environment. Beside administration we are part of pilot projects for new technologies as reference for SAP customers. You will be responsible to drive continuous improvement in order to increase operation, availability and efficiency. Infrastructure landscape re‑architecture and new technology adoption is another important part. Global thinking and a strong customer focus are essential within the new Enterprise Cloud Services program.
