Job Description
Your role and responsibilities: Ensure SLA adherence and process compliance (ITIL awareness) Mentor and train team members Handle tickets, perform root cause analysis, and troubleshoot technical issues Lead installation, configuration, migration, and upgrade activities Define and enforce operational processes Maximize system uptime and manage BASIS activities Collaborate with functional teams on cutover strategies and post-implementation support Technical Expertise: SAP server installation/configuration (ABAP, Java, ABAP+Java stacks) High Availability setup (Unix/Windows) SAP BASIS server administration and RCA for escalated issues Kickstart environment setup and maintenance End-to-end SAP lifecycle implementations for global clients SAP version and EHP upgrades Performance tuning, capacity planning, and troubleshooting across app, DB, and OS Strong understanding of NetWeaver components (EP, PI, BI, ECC, CRM, SRM, SolMan, TREX, MDM) Oracle DB, BRTools, SAP HANA DB, Sybase ASE, Linux/Wi...
