SAP Case Management

The SAP Case Management Functional Consultant is responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, testing, training and post go‑live support of SAP Case Management and related SAP solutions. The role requires strong end‑to‑end business process understanding, integration awareness with other SAP modules and third‑party applications, and the ability to translate business requirements into practical SAP functional solutions.

Responsibilities

• Implement SAP Case Management and NetWeaver Folder Management during implementation, enhancement and support assignments.
• Gather, analyze, review and validate business requirements with key business stakeholders and project teams.
• Prepare, review and validate business process documentation and Blueprint solution design documents.
• Configure SAP solutions based on approved business requirements and agreed solution design.
