Responsibilities- Resolve SAP Commerce Cloud incidents to restore service within agreed timelines
- Monitor platform health and service indicators to ensure system stability
- Troubleshoot application and environment issues to identify root causes
- Investigate recurring problems and propose corrective and preventive actions
- Maintain operational runbooks and incident records to support reliable delivery
- Coordinate escalations and communicate status updates to stakeholders
