Job Description
- Responsible for Level 1 Support for EWM business team. Worked in SNOW ticketing tool
- Worked in EWM space in ECC EWM 9.5 or S/4 HANA EWM 1909 or onwards
- Responsible for understanding of integration with Warehouse Automation and MES system
- Responsible for integrating with other satellite systems/vendors for issue analysis and resolution
- Responsible for liaising with client business teams and advising the client on day-to-day operations
- Responsible for coordinating with customer on day-to-day basis and win customer confidence
- Responsible for aligning with EWM IT team for Change Requests and execute informal testing
- SAP EWM knowledge and Spanish speaking
- Warehouse operators and customer facing.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including Night Shift.
