SAP Functional Business Analyst – Field Service Systems

This is a remote position. If you enjoy shaping how field technicians, dispatch teams, and operations leaders work every day, this role puts you at the center of a major digital transformation. Youll help a regulated utility modernize its workforce systems by moving from legacy ClickSoftware tools to SAP Field Service Management (FSM) and SAP Service & Asset Manager (SSAM). Youll partner directly with business users, translate real operational workflows into clean SAP functional designs, and influence how the entire field service ecosystem operates going forward.
