Manage and guide the SAP functional team in implementing, customizing, and maintaining SAP systems. Act as the crucial link between business needs and technical execution by overseeing project planning, ensuring quality, mentoring and coaching staff, managing stakeholders, and driving solutions that align with business goals, from new implementations to ongoing support. To interpret, analyse and investigate application requirements and to turn these into business solutions using appropriate technology resources and proven methodologies.
