SAP HCM Functional Consultant (Contract)

Responsible for analyzing business requirements and providing functional support for SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll, and Benefits. Configure SAP HCM solutions, prepare functional specifications, support testing activities, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with business users and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. Experience with SAP HCM implementations, enhancements, and support activities is required.
