Job Description
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM with 5+years of expertise in configuring and customizing SAP BIB Replication between SF EWC and S4 HANA modules. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong functional expertise, team leadership capabilities, and a proven record in managing end-to-end SAP HCM implementations and BIB Replication and support projects.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive integration related activities between SuccessFactors EC & S4 HANA primarily related to master data replication between both systems.
- Provide integration expertise in BTP CPI and configuration in SAP S4 system.
- Work individually and have good knowledge on logs and monitoring activity in SAP S4 Hana such as SLG1, SRTUTIL.
