Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT management or a related field.
- Proven experience managing SAP systems (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP) and POS (Point of Sales) systems.
- Strong leadership experience in managing IT teams, including application, infrastructure, and support functions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a collaborative, cross-functional (horizontal) mindset.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to proactively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of SAP and Non-SAP system integration and overall IT infrastructure management.
