Key Responsibilities

1. Project Delivery & Governance
Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects.

Manage project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans.

Establish governance frameworks, including PMO processes, and reporting structures.

Monitor project progress (schedule, cost, quality, risks) and ensure alignment with contractual commitments.
2. Stakeholder Management
Act as primary point of contact for client executives (CFO, CIO, Transformation Leads).
