Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP QM processes with a specific focus on Audit Management and MES integration.
- Understand and map Aerospace & Defense‑specific quality and compliance requirements into SAP S/4HANA.
- Implement and support end‑to‑end QM processes such as audit planning, execution, CAPA, inspection lots, notifications, and non‑conformance management.
- Integrate SAP QM with SAP MES (Manufacturing Execution System) for real‑time quality control and shop floor visibility.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (PP, MM, SD, EHS, PM) and external vendors to ensure cohesive solutions.
- Manage key project lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, fit‑gap analysis, configuration, testing, SIT, UAT, cutover, and post‑go‑live support.
- Ensure documentation standards are met: functional specifications, test scripts, training guides, and SOPs.
