SAP S/4HANA FICO End-User Trainer

Responsibilities

We are seeking experienced SAP S 4HANA FICO End-User Trainers to support end-user enablement for large-scale SAP transformation programs. The role involves delivering high-quality training sessions, developing training content, and providing post-go-live support to ensure smooth adoption of SAP S 4HANA Finance processes across business users.

Responsibilities include:

• Participate in pre-UAT sessions delivered by the functional team of SI, building solution and process knowledge using training artifacts provided by that team.
• Attend Train-the-Trainer sessions delivered by SISupport.
• Develop additional end-user training materials as per client requirement: training PPTs, job aids in Word, simulations, and e-learnings in Articulate.
• Plan, own, and deliver comprehensive end-user trainings, conduct assessments (knowledge tests) of end users, and collect feedback to continuously improve training content.
