We are looking for an experienced SAP Success Factors Consultant with strong expertise in Recruiting (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB 2.0) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and support SAP Success Factors Recruiting (RCM) and Onboarding 2.0
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Configure Job Requisitions, Candidate Applications, Offers, Hiring, and Onboarding Activities
Work on RCM–ONB integrations
Handle implementation, enhancements, and production support
Create and maintain Business Rules and Workflows
