Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to implement, configure, and support EC solutions for global HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and technical expertise in Employee Central configuration, data migration, workflows, and integrations.
Responsibilities:
Lead Employee Central implementation and support activities
Conduct requirement gathering and solution design workshops
Support integrations with payroll and third-party systems
Execute testing and deployment activities
Provide production support and troubleshooting
Required Skills:
SAP SuccessFactors EC configuration
MDF, FO, RBP, Workflows
Data migration and reporting
Strong communication skills
Preferred:
SAP SuccessFactors EC Certification
Experience in global implementations
