Experience in end-to-end solution design for SF Employee Central is a must, Knowledge of other modules like Onboarding, Recruiting, Employee central service centre, Work zone is an added advantage.

Design and configure EC objects including Position Management, Business Rules, Event Derivations, MDF Objects, and Foundation Objects.

Ensure seamless integration of EC with other SF modules and third party systems like Document Management Systems.

Review functional specifications and guide technical teams on integrations, Data Migration, and API usage. Knowledge of API like ODATA API is essential to build integration architecture with third-party systems.

Lead UAT cycles, coordinate defect resolution, and ensure successful deployment.
