SAP SuccessFactors Business Integrator

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the SuccessFactors implementation team
Ensure the implementation aligns with the client's business processes and operational model
Lead and manage the change management workstream end-to-end
Drive user adoption and ensure a smooth transition for all stakeholders
Work closely with both our team and the client's leadership


𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
Senior-level experience in SuccessFactors implementations (business side, not purely technical)
Proven track record in change management and stakeholder engagement
Strong understanding of HR business processes and operational models
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working in a client-facing consulting environment
