Job Description
This is a remote position. Associate will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of employee compensation, benefits, and social insurances in compliance with strict Swiss labor laws, tax regulations (including cantonal variations), and social security requirements with following key activities. End-to-End Payroll Processing: Manage the full payroll cycle, including data input, calculating salaries, bonuses, deductions, and child allowances. Compliance & Social Insurance: Ensure compliance with federal and cantonal social insurance regulations (AVS, AI, APG, AC, LPP) and manage withholding tax calculations and reporting. Data Accuracy & Maintenance: Update HR systems with new hires, terminations, salary changes, and bank details, ensuring high accuracy.
