SAP TM Architect

About the Role

As a SAP TM Architect, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting SAP Transportation Management (TM) solutions within Carrier’s SAP core landscape, supporting template deployments for North American operations. This role partners closely with the Digital Factory, Operations teams, and other Digital COEs to define, design, deploy, and sustain integrated SAP solutions. You will ensure alignment across Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, Logistics Execution, and Transportation Management, delivering scalable and sustainable solutions that support Carrier’s logistics and supply‑chain strategy.

• Monitoring and resolving SAP TM‑related incidents within agreed SLAs
• Performing root cause analysis for recurring issues and implementing permanent fixes
