The Gourmet Sausage Company is seeking a skilled and passionate Sausage Maker to join our production team in Arndell Park, NSW. As a Sausage Maker, you will be responsible for preparing, mixing, and producing our signature sausage products to the highest standards, ensuring consistency in flavour, texture and presentation. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence in the artisanal meat trade and meeting the demands of our growing customer base.
Key responsibilities
1. Prepare and process meat using industry-standard equipment, mincers, mixers and filling machines
2. Blend spices, herbs, seasonings and other ingredients according to established recipes to create distinctive sausage flavours
3. Monitor production processes to maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times
4. Package finished sausages appropriately, labelling products with correct information and dates
