Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Comply with all company policies and procedures including Health, Safety and Quality AssuranceReport injuries, accidents, near misses or unsafe conditions to a supervisor or Manager immediately.Set up and operate power saws (wet, band or circular) to cut material to required lengths or contour in accordance with specifications.Install saw blades prescribed for type of material, set stop gauges, saw speeds and indexing mechanisms such as may be provided for automatic positing of materials.Review Work Orders, Drawings, and ITP specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances of part/product, sequence of operations and/or set up requirements.Verify conformance of finished part to ensure that it meets specifications.Monitor product for any possible defects and report to supervisor and QC....
