Description

Qualifications for the Scanning Specialist position include:

• At least a undergradaute college level 3rd Year
• With experience in document scanning, encoding, or clerical work (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PDF tools)
• Familiar with using scanners and printers
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• With basic troubleshooting skills for office equipment (preferred)
• Able to work under pressure with good time management
• Trustworthy and able to handle confidential documents
