Job Description
Position Title: Scheduler
Location: Medellín, Barranquilla, Bogotá, Bucaramanga, Cali
Shift days, hours and time zone: Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m - 6:00 p.m
English required: B2+/C1
Responsibilities
- Schedule caregivers based on availability and geographic location.
- Ensure caregivers clock in/out on time.
- Communicate with caregivers about lateness, sick days, or absences.
- Find replacements quickly when needed.
- Manage and negotiate time-off requests.
- Keep the dashboard updated and accurate.
- Maintain clear, effective communication between staff and caregivers.
Skills
- Fluent English with clear communication.
- Knowledge of WellSky.
- Friendly and approachable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remember client preferences.
- Caregiving experience to better understand needs (preferred).
