Position Summary
We are seeking a Scheduler Manager to lead all scheduling activities across complex construction projects. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and integrating project schedules while ensuring alignment with contract requirements and project objectives.
You will serve as a key liaison between project teams, clients, and partners, driving schedule performance, mitigation strategies, and continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the scheduling team, including mentoring and performance oversight
* Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, including baseline and re-baseline efforts
* Produce and review weekly and monthly schedule reports
* Coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, and project controls teams
