Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project for projects typically $10K–$2M.
  • Create detailed activity dictionaries, logic, durations, constraints, and resource/craft loading; integrate subcontractor schedules and vendor milestones.
  • Prepare baseline, recovery, and look‑ahead schedules; produce weekly and monthly schedule updates and progress curves.
  • Perform schedule risk analysis, critical path identification, float management, and scenario planning to support mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate schedule inputs from engineers, contractors, vendors, and operations to ensure accurate sequencing and access windows (cleanroom restrictions).
  • Generate schedule reports and visualizations (S-curves, Gantt charts, milestone reports, percent complete summaries) for project leadership and stakeholders.
