Insight Global is looking for a Scheduling Analyst to join one of the top healthcare organizations in the Tri-State area. This person will support the build, maintenance, and optimization of provider scheduling templates within Epic Cadence. This role is responsible for creating and updating templates including provider availability, blocks, visit types, session structures, and release logic, while processing and prioritizing requests through ServiceNow. This analyst will partner with clinical and operational teams to gather requirements, execute template changes, and support patient access transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include troubleshooting scheduling issues, coordinating system modifications, testing changes, and maintaining accurate documentation.
