Job Description
We are seeking a high-performing, technically savvy Segment Solution Sales Specialist to drive growth within our Power Systems division. In this role, you will be the bridge between our complex technical capabilities and our strategic market segments (e.g., Utilities, Data Centers, Heavy Industry, or Renewables and so on). You won’t just be just selling products; you will be diagnosing client challenges and engineering high-value, integrated solutions. This role will be part of the Schneider Early Career Program (SECP), a one-year program designed for high-potential professionals with 3–5 years of experience.
