The Role
Systems Management: Take full responsibility for the school’s MIS (SIMS/Bromcom), ensuring all student and staff data is maintained with total precision.
Analysis: Produce complex data sets for the Headteacher and SLT to track attainment, progress, and performance across all Key Stages.
Compliance: Oversee all statutory returns, including the School Census, ensuring zero errors and timely submission.
