Job Description
**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Science & Research Analyst** to join our team in **Silverdale, WA.** This is an **onsite** position.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in modeling, simulation, and predictive analytics to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD).
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Apply complex mathematical and physics concepts to simulate the propagation and detection of underwater acoustic energy, directly impacting the stealth and survivability of the U.S. Navy submarine fleet
+ Develop, refine, and execute predictive mathematical and physical models to simulate underwater acoustic energy propagation, far-field signatures, and sensor detection boundaries
+ Utilize MATLAB and Python to build automated tools, process high-volume sensor data packages, and conduct complex statistical trend analyses for the NAVSEA Vibration Machinery Program
