Overview

Science Teacher / Science ECT in the heart of Redbridge. A truly outstanding secondary school is looking for a Science Teacher / Science ECT to start in September 2026. This is a permanent, full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Teach across Key Stages 3 to 5.
• Inspire and motivate students and work alongside a team of science teachers.
• Engage with a progressive approach to assessment, including good questioning and modelling.
• Support staff with abundant pupil support and contribute to a positive learning environment.
• Take advantage of TLR opportunities, including roles such as KS3 Coordinator or pastoral responsibilities.
• Participate in the bespoke ECT induction program if applicable, with 1:1 mentoring and in-house/out-of-house training.
• Start date: September 2026; role is full-time and permanent.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: MPS1–UPS3 – £39,571 to £59,135 plus TLR (...
