Scientist, ISCE2

The ET Division is looking to hire a research scientist in the area of electrocatalytic and photocatalytic systems for decarbonised chemical conversions. The project is funded by the National Research Fellowship grant awarded to the Principal Investigator (Dr. Leow Wan Ru) over a duration of 5 years. This area of research is crucial to develop capability in ISCE2 for sustainability: to develop effective catalysts that can enable the manufacture of important commodity chemicals with a much reduced carbon footprint.

We are looking for talented and highly-motivated individuals to join our team. Candidates should have a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related fields. Candidates with the following backgrounds are strongly preferred: experience in electro/photochemistry, including but not restricted to:

• Electrochemical CO2 reduction reaction (CO2RR)
