Job Description
JD Operations & Supply Chain Lead
- Build and drive end-to-end operations and supply chain strategy for new products aligned with India business priorities.
- Manage daily operations planning, dispatches, evacuation, and supply chain reviews while updating leadership on operational performance.
- Lead vendor management for port handling, bottling/repacking plants, transportation, and packaging materials to ensure cost optimization and service excellence.
- Coordinate with government authorities including Department of Fertilizers, Quality Labs, and Railways for smooth product movement.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, Treasury, and Marketing for seamless operations execution.
