Job Description
About the Role:
- Dashing Diva is seeking an SCM/Logistics Associate i n a Distribution Center office to coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments, manage inventory documentation, and resolve logistical issues to ensure seamless and efficient supply chain operations.
What You Will Do:
- Inventory Control: Coordinate cycle counts and reconcile system discrepancies.
Documentation:
- Issue and verify Bills of Lading (BOL), packing lists, and invoices.
Shipment Tracking:
- Monitor transit status and proactively resolve delivery delays.
Issue Resolution:
- Handle carrier billing discrepancies and OS&D (damage/shortage) claims.
Cross-Functional Liaison:
- Serve as the main point of contact between carriers, CS, and warehouse floor teams.
