- Manage end-to-end import process including documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with Indonesian import regulations
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs authorities to ensure timely clearance and proper HS code classification
- Maintain import licenses and permits (API, NIB) and liaise with overseas suppliers on shipping schedules
- Monitor and control raw material, packaging, and finished goods inventory to maintain optimal stock levels
- Conduct regular stock opname, reconcile physical vs. system inventory, and manage slow-moving or aging materials
- Develop production schedules aligned with sales forecast and calculate material requirements (MRP) accordingly
- Coordinate with production and QC teams to monitor progress and minimize downtime or material shortages
