Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all agile ceremonies, sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and reviews
- Own and maintain the programme plan, tracking progress across all workstreams and flagging risks and dependencies early
- Proactively manage blockers, escalating to the Delivery Manager where necessary to keep delivery on track
- Produce clear, concise progress updates and reporting for the Delivery Manager
- Support planning activities including roadmap maintenance, milestone tracking, and resource coordination
- Coordinate across multiple internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment
- Drive continuous improvement across the delivery team
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master with strong planning and tracking capability - beyond just facilitation
