Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a dynamic technology and delivery environment. This role will support Agile delivery teams across strategic digital, technology, and business transformation initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices, enabling high-performing teams, removing delivery impediments, and driving continuous improvement across cross-functional squads operating in a complex enterprise environment.
The role requires a strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks, stakeholder engagement, delivery governance, and the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams in a fast-paced environment.
