Job Description

As a Scrum Master Intern, you will support our consulting team as we manage a large-scale organizational transition for a prominent Austrian infrastructure group. This position exists to help coordinate and streamline agile workflows during a highly complex restructure, helping us address organizational friction and establish clear accountability structures. You will work in a hybrid setup, combining structured remote collaboration with intentional on-site team sessions to help translate senior advisory strategy into clear, day-to-day operational execution.
