Job Description
BettingJobs is working with a well-established B2B/B2C business with teams located in several countries globally who are searching for a Scrum Master to join their team in Kuala Lumpur.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) across distributed teams
- Act as a servant leader, coaching teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
- Remove impediments and proactively manage risks impacting delivery
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders across multiple time zones
- Support alignment and communication between global teams
- Track and report on team progress, velocity, and delivery outcomes
- Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration
