Profile for Success
- Proven Agile Leadership: You have a demonstrable track record (5+ years) of serving as a Scrum Master in complex software development environments (SDLC), specifically managing multiple squads simultaneously.
- Evidence of Outcome Delivery: You can provide concrete examples of how you improved team velocity, successfully delivered critical business projects, or turned around underperforming squads.
